Wing Leung Limited ships women's shoes to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. Every order is dispatched from the warehouse operated by Wing Leung Limited. Orders are released for dispatch after payment authorization is complete and the delivery address is verified. A shipping confirmation message is sent to the email address submitted with the order.
Order Processing
Order processing begins on the business day following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except when the delivered item is damaged or defective. Return Shipping Costs
The buyer completely bears the return shipping costs. Wing Leung Limited does not reimburse return shipping charges, does not issue prepaid return labels, and does not deduct return shipping charges from the refund amount. The customer selects the carrier and pays that carrier directly. The customer bears the risk of loss or damage during return transit and must retain the tracking receipt until the refund is complete.
How to Initiate a Return

3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging with all accessories and tags.
